Been diagnosed w/ reactive arthritis. joint pains since i was 17. no recollection of any preceding infection. how often does it become ankolysing spon?

See below: Reactive arthritis often doesn't have an obvious infection because not all infections have been identified. Reactive arthritis often involves the spinal joints but ankylosing spondilitis does not usually involve a lot of peripheral joints or have skin lesions or other extraarticular manifestations that reactive arthritis has.
