Legitimate chance?: "Never EVER" is a pretty strong statement! There are plenty of docs on HealthTap who recommend non-pharmacologic options, eg herbs, etc. But what is considered a "legitimate chance"? We base our recommendations on (published, peer-reviewed) evidence as best we can. There're herb quality control issues too. Check out http://www.drugs.com/npp/rosemary.html. I didn't see any mention of hair growth.
