No easy fix: It will not touch alopecia areata. Two gem effluvium will self-cure. If this is hypothyroidism and you go undiagnosed, your school and job performance will suffer and then you will get horribly sick. Talk with your physician on your next visit and if friends notice you are losing your hair, consider a dermatology visit.
