Gall bladder?: Classic signs of gall bladder disease include pain in the right upper quadrant, worse after eating (especially high fat foods). You can also have more persistent pain as the condition worsens, fever, nausea or bowel changes. If the pain is severe or you have a fever you should see a doctor.
