What could pain in the lower part of my stomach mean?

Depends: Depending on the timing, associations and severity of your abdominal pain it could range from very benign conditions to things that could be more worrisome. See your primary care provider and get to the bottom of your pain. Hopefully it is an easy fix!

Specifics please: Need a lot more info to help u. In what position do you feel better/ worse? What is the quality of pain--sharp, stabbing, pressure, bloating, gassiness? Where in your "stomach" (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort? Duration pain lasts? Is pain deep or superficial? Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms?
