I wouldn't: You need to check with the doctor on stopping that medication since it's dosing is different from other gabapentin preparations but, in general gabapentin products are all going to act to suppress some type of brain electrical activity, right? So,abrupt stoppage is never a good idea. Kind of like jumping into freezing pond water in 20 degree weather..naked. Possible? Yes...Good idea? Likely Not.
