On my oncologist blood reports my rbc and lymphocytes consistently read low. on other reports they are usually low normal. is there an explanation?

Reference range : varies. Each lab has its own reference range. There is often a difference in the reference ranges from different labs. I would not worry unless the blood counts are way out of the reference range. We can help you better if you give us the results of the CBC and tell us about your medical/oncologic condition.
