BC and weight: Depends on what birth control you are using. If you are using progesterone only or high progesterone will, you can gain weight and you also gain weight around your breasts.

Weight gain: Weight gain is a common cause of overall increase in breast size. If you are concerned about pregnancy, certainly do an HPT.
