See doctor: If you did the test correctly, at five days after a missed period and the test was negative, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You may wish to repeat the test in 3-4 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit carefully. You may see your doctor for a blood test that is more sensitive.
