Do pregnant woman can take nasathera?is it healthy?thanks

Use with caution: in general any kind of medication is best be avoided in pregnancy.my understanding is that Nasathera is a cold medicine specifically when you have a stuffed nose. if you're stuffed nose is so bad that you don't get a good nights sleep then it is okay to take it.

I would avoid it: As there is some suggestion with stimulant/decongestant medications along this line that it might affect intestinal and facial development particularly in the 1st trimester. If you are really concerned, contact your OB.
