Genu valgum?: You may have a condition known as genu valgum or "knock knees" a condition in which the knees angle excessively towards each other. Physical therapy can improve the strength and tone of the muscles of the legs and feet, decrease the angling and help prevent foot problems. If you're overweight, weight loss is imperative. For exercise, go with low impact aerobics. Best wishes.
