I have a spur and crepitus in rt knee with pain.i am being referred to a ortho what should i expect to hear.

Crepitus in knee: If there is no pain associated with crepitus and a spur, you do not need any treatment as this may be normal if there is painassociated with it than it may be doe to 1osteoarthritis 2patellar dysfunction you expect to be examined and xrays or cat/mri scan if indicated and based on that you will receive treatment advice.
