Started spotting/light bleeding 10 days after period ended. is this considered a period ? does it change my expected ovulation date?

No and No: It would not be another period that soon. The spotting could be due to ovulation. If you start your period about two weeks after the spotting, that would confirm ovulation has occurred at about the time of the spotting. Spotting at the time of ovulation is quite common and is not considered to be abnormal.
