Ultrasound: You will have blood drawn (pregnancy hormone test) and a vaginal ultrasound. If nothing is seen in the uterus and a mass is seen in the tube, an ectopic might be present. Sometimes the pregnancy test is so low nothing can be seen and these tests need repeated in a few days or a week. Ectopics can often be treated with medication now, not always needing surgery. Good luck!
