Period 1 day late, neg preg test yesterday. Always use condoms & on BC always taken on time. Should I be worried?

Probably not: If you are careful as you describe, you are not likely pregnant. Periods can be late sometimes, especially at your age and especially if you are stressed and worrying. If you don't get your period in a week, take another test and see your doc no matter what the results.
