Another test in 7 d: Home pregnancy tests are very reliable. If you had a negative test and you are only a day late, then just wait and see if your period starts a little late. If you have not started a period in 7 days, do another pregnancy test. If you are continuing to have unusual vaginal discharge, you should be evaluated for that, especially if you might be pregnant. Remember to get adequate folic acid.
