Yes: The follicles usually increase in size by about 1mm to 3mm each day - so an 11mm follicle at cycle day 10 is appropriate. Ovulation is expected when the follicle reaches 18mm to 20mm. In a clomid (clomiphene) induced cycle ovulation can happen anytime from about cycle day 14 to cycle day 22. Good luck.

Follicle size: In clomid (clomiphene) cycles ovulation occurs about day 13-14. Get a test for ovulation (any pharmacy has them) and if positive, have intercourse 24 hours later. Wait for two weeks and obtain a serum HCG test, which is very accurate.
