11-13mm: Ideally you want a lead follicle around the 11-13mm size (average diameter measurement) by then. It can take longer for some cycles. Also remember that 50mg Clomid (clomiphene) is the starter dose and it doesn't work for everyone. It may need to be increased up to higher doses eventually (100, 150, even 200). Clomid (clomiphene) at its highest dosage is still not enough for some women and injections need to be added.
