Difficult to tell..: It is very difficult to tell through this platform for sure if this is dangerous or not. Even though you are taking coumadin, (warfarin) the anticoagulation might not be complete or as necessary in your case for multiple potential reasons. If you are experiencing these symptoms, you should go to the ED right now to make sure everything is alright and not a recurrent PE.
