I have really faint chest pains (doesn't hurt at all, feels more like an ache) that changes positions in the chest. no other symptoms. ?

Chest pain: chest pain with no other symptoms could be nothing or could be serious. Do you have a risk factor for heart disease like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, nicotine use or family history ? Do you lift heavy weights? Any history of anxiety? Try an ibuprofen 2-3 times a day y for a couple days, as long as no stomach problem or allergy. If no improvement, go see a medical professional.
