Depends type/Sugery: This question better be asked by the surgeon doing the surger.First of all we do not know whether you have Medial Epicondylitis (Golf Elbow) or Lateral Epicondylitis(Tennis Elbow) And whether you are havig Arthroscopic or open surgery. And what is involved in surgery,as there are many different procdures involved and you have to know what is being done and how long youexpect to be out
