Possibly normal: Some people have more visible veins. In rare cases a blockage of the veins inside the abdomen or chest could result in more prominent surface veins, but usually this would also be associated with abdominal swelling, leg swelling, shortness of breath and other symptoms. If you're worried, get a medical exam. But if you're otherwise feeling well, it's unlikely to be a significant problem.
