Always a chance: It depends on whether or not the guy truly did not ejaculate or not. "If" there was ABSOLUTELY no ejaculate or any "pre-ejaculate", then she could not get pregnant. I would never recommend unprotected sex because pregnancy isn't the only thing you can get from sex! Need to be concerned about Herpes, HIV, genital warts, chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, etc.etc too.
