Every time i receive my period i get a flare up of colitis. this month i started a week early and have no flare up. could this be implantation bleedin?

Could be: or it could be that your period has just come early or perhaps your colitis could be going into remission! Time will tell! If you think you may be pregnant, just wait a few weeks before taking a home pregnancy test. If you take it now it will most likely be negative because it's too soon for your HCG levels to rise. Home pregnancy tests are not 99% accurate until your first missed period.
