Pregnancy: Unfortunately, Any time you have unprotected sex, especially when using poor birth control such as the "pull out" method, you are at risk of becoming pregnant. It would be early for cramping, but check a pregnancy test if you miss your period, and see the dr. now if your cramps are persisting. Good luck.

Yes: Anytime you have unprotected sex (without a condom), and you are not using a reliable form of birth control, there is a possibility of pregnancy. Pulling out is not a reliable method to prevent pregnancy. If you are having symptoms this soon after intercourse a STD is more likely the cause, although you could potentially be pregnant too.
