Any doctor can: Dostinex (cabergoline) (that is the brand name) can lower prolactin levels. Elevated prolactin levels can inhibit ograsm. The normal dose is 1/2 pill twice a week. Be warned...It is pretty expensive. Some men can actually become multi orgasmic with this medication. Good luck!
