Depends: Abdominal cramping may mean uterine cramps, constipation or any number of things but not pregnancy. If you are having unprotected sex and are not trying to get pregnant start using condomes and spermicides. It will reduce your chances of sexually transmitted diseases, drama, and pregnancy.

More likely period: An early pregnancy especially if you have not yet missed a period should not cause cramping. The prostaglandins in semen can cause cramping and your impending period could play a part as can the muscle contractions associated with orgasm. Hope this helps.
