See an osteopathic : physician for consult, treatment & management. Your previous history of having foot surgery & physical therapy once you being seen by a osteopathic physician, who is a DO physician, specializing in musculoskeletal medicine (NMM). Your sciatica may be a direct result from your foot surgery & this needs to be evaluated further and treated. That will provide you immediate relief and management.
