A member asked:

Every time i have chicken chow mein (noodles) i always have thin, brown, noodle looking strings in the toilet, is it something else? i.e. worms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Worms: I have doubts that you are seeing intestinal worms in the toilet, and I think this probably is undigested food residue. A stool "Ova and Parasite" test will prove or disprove this. Usually, intestinal worms that can be seen with the unaided eye will still be moving an obviously alive. See your doctor if fever, pain or diarrhea occur.
