Check pg test.: Antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills. Some are more likely to than others. If you are at risk of getting pregnant, check a pregnancy test. If it is positive & you have abdominal pain head to the ER. But if negative & the pain is mild and just began, see what the next few hours bring. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen). If your pain is severe, you feel weak or dizzy or have a fever; ER!
