Tubal reversal: Depending on how much normal tube remains you could have surgery to put your tubes back together. It could be more successful to go with IVF which is the other alternative. Hope this helps.

If trying: you will either have to have a tubal reconstruction or in vitro fertilization. you also can possibly get pregnant but have to have a leak in the cut tube where the sperm or the egg gets through which is extremely rare but does occasionally happen

Need to see Gyn: Sometimes the gyn can reconnect the tubes .this is a plastics procedure and may involve risk. it has many if's but sometimes is successful. You may want to go a referral center for this. It is a very specialized practice. Best wishes

See your OB: preferably the OB who did your tubal ligation. Sometimes this can be reversed by re-attaching the tubes surgically, but success rates vary from 20-70% depending on what method your OB used "tie the tubes". Other factors include your age, and whether there was damage from infection or scarring to the tubes etc. If reversal is not possible, then in-vitro fertilization would be necessary.
