Unlikely: but if are are late for your next period, be sure to check a pregnancy test..... and use contraception if you don't want to get pregnant

Yes: Anytime you have unprotected sex you are at risk of getting pregnant. Consider using condoms with spermicides to avoid sexually transmitted diseases as well.

Not likely, but: It's not impossible. Unprotected sex between fertile men and women is most likely to cause conception right around ovulation (usually the middle of your cycle - but it varies).
