Ejaculate: Most likely this was his ejaculate containing sperm and it might be mixed with secretions from you too. It's the 'stuff' from which you could become pregnant if you are not using birth control.

Clarify: I assume you mean this stuff was on his penis afterwards. Your vaginal secretions end up there. Has your discharge changed? If you have an itchy white discharge or you have been on antibiotics lately, you may have a yeast infection, which can be treated with otc meds. Get checked out tho, if it is new and keeps appearing or if you have fever,or pain. Avoid sex until treated.
