Hard to say: It could be a muscle cramp or an area of mild degenerative change to one of the tendons of the forearm(so called tendinopathy) to some irritation of one of the local nerves. If it's bothersome, you should see your doctor for a formal evaluation, as there's just not enough information provided to adequately guide you through this. Best of luck.
