What drugs and drinks should my husband avoid if ttc?

Trying to conceive?: He should limit the amount of alcohol he drinks. Heavy drinking can reduce the quality and quantity of sperm. He should avoid illegal drugs. Like cigarettes, marijuana can decrease sperm movement and cause sperm to be misshapen. Cocaine and heroin also interfere with healthy sperm. Also avoid these meds: calcium channel blocker (for hi bp), tricyclics (depression), anti-androgens and testosterone.
