Gastric ulcer: The scenario you described is consistent with a gastric ulcer. Arrange for a meeting with your pcp- he/she will ask addiitional questions to determine how to proceed next- which will likely be an endoscopy.

May be: Gall bladder or stomach ulcer. You need to see and discuss with your doctor, get diagnosed and treated promptly. Don't delay until things get worse and they can!
