? you mean single ca: do you mean single coronary artery disease. this means that the blockage is in just one vessel. this would be diagnosed with a heart cath.

Single heart artery: =rare, currently recognizable only by angiography. Most people have 2 heart arteries: left main (supplying front & left side) & right coronary (supplying right side & inferior wall). Rarely, left main is very short or people have seperate origins of the left anterior descending and circumflex branches. The big issue issue is atherosclerosis leading to plaque ruptures, clots, narrowing, closure.
