Infiltrating duct: There is no evidence that there is a difference in the type of malignancy presenting in women with renal failure on dialysis, that is infiltrating duct most common vs. lobular carcinoma. There is an increase in breast calcification with dialysis , mostly caused by several more benign calcifications than normally encountered on routine mammo. Callback rate is no greater than that in normal.
