Conservative: Treament with NSAIDs if no contraindication to this (like ulcer history, etc.), Physical therapy, home exercises that you learn at therapy.That is only if the cervical spondylosis/spondylitis is causing you any sypmtoms. Pay attention to proper body mechanics. Stay away from tobacco, keep a healthy weight. Most people don't have symptoms from spondylosis, which starts during our 2nd decade.
