Easily: Don't take them. If you don't have a known deficiency but you suspect one, be tested for it. Don't self-treat. Multivitamins may not only be superfluous, they may be harmful. If you insist on taking them, never exceed 100% of the recommended daily allowance unless instructed to by a physician.
