Are seizures painful: With many kinds of seizures, a person may not feel anything, since they unconscious. They may not even remember what happened. Accidents are common with seizures, and these may be painful. Injuries such as a bump on the head from falling, bite on the tongue or cheek, broken teeth or a shoulder dislocation are common. Not everyone has these however.
