Lots of Options: Over-the-counter non-sedating antihistamines like Allegra, Claritin, or Zyrtec are helpful for perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms, however the gold-standard treatment are daily intranasal steroid sprays like Flonase or Nasonex (mometasone) if your symptoms are more severe.
