What is a good shampoo that deters bugs (such as lice) from living in your hair?

Lice deterent: I have seen shampoos in Health Food and vitamin/supplement stores that contain Tea Tree Oil that are labeled for this purpose. I have also seen products with Neem oil which may be effective (but would likely repel people too!).
