What happens with blood alcohol poisoning?

Not sure what you: mean by "blood alcohol poisoning." We measure alcohol in the blood, but alcohol poisoning is essentially an overdose of alcohol, which results in unconsciousness, progressing sedation with the potential for vomiting and aspiration with pneumonia, and gradually increasing respiratory depression, which if severe and untreated can lead to death, or survival with brain damage and other complications.
