Need to investigate: Low white blood cell count can be due to many reasons, none of those is good, and the patient needs to be investigated to determine the cause. Some may be as simple as vitamin deficiency others are as sever as bone marrow failure. Please discuss the matter with your doctor.

Actual results: It would help to know the actual values. All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
