Specific CT exam: CT or cat scan takes an image inside your body. CT of the head is used to look at your brain and skull. CT of the orbit looks at your eye socket. Contrast is occasionally used to help image and characterize the orbit or brain and get more information. CT of the chest looks at your lungs and chest, and CT of the abdomen and pelvis looks at your body below the diaphragm.
