Acid reflux: Most people with acid reflux can be brought under control with anti-reflux measures and use of acid reducing medicines, whether they be H2-blockers like Zantac or PPIs like Omeprazole. In the rare patient who cannot be controlled by medications, surgery is also an option. Most patients to not need to go that far. If your reflux is not responding, see your doctor. Good luck.
