Puncture eardrum: I assume you mean puncture of eardrum. These will heal up without surgery in most cases. Get chected by ent.

Depends: Most traumatic perforations of the tympanic membrane (ear drum) heal spontaneously. Keep water out of the ear. If there is a hearing loss, vertigo or otorrhea (drainage), you must consult an otologist (ear doctor) for a more specific diagnosis and treatment. You should let us know the preceding event that led to the puncture and how large it is before specific treatment can be considered.
