Depends: "preemies" can have almost no problems to serious lifr-threatening problems or anywhere in between. The more premature the baby is the more problems you can expect, but even some very premature babies do very well. Go to www.Healthychildren.Org and search on "preemie". Under the reference entitled "preemie" is a list: choose "health issues of premature babies" for an nice overview.
