See ENT doctor: ENT doctor check you out if you have a deviated septum or enlarged adenoid or chronic sinus infections, etc. If findings are negative then you will be referred to an allergy specialist to see if allergies are the cause of your problem. Sometimes the medication side effect causes the congestion. So, it needs to be treated according to the cause , otherwise the treatment fails.
